International Carwash Association's Scholarship Fund
To encourage the pursuit of a college education, the International Carwash Association presents one $1,000 Larry Harrell Scholarship to a deserving recipient every year at The Car Wash Show.
Larry Harrell, of Harrell’s Car Wash in Indianapolis, Ind., was a leader in the car wash industry for more than 30 years. He was inducted into the ICA Car Wash Hall of Fame in 1991 and received the ICA President’s Award in 1994. He passed away in January 1998. The car wash industry established this endowed scholarship fund in his memory later that year.
