International Carwash Association's Scholarship Fund

To encourage the pursuit of a college education, the International Carwash Association present one $1000 Larry Harrell Scholarship to a deserving recipient at the Car Care World Expo every year.

2010 Scholarship recipients will be announced at 
Car Care World Expo 2010, May 12 - 15
Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV
