The professional car wash industry has been, and continues to be, a leader in environmental stewardship. As opposed to washing cars in the driveway, professional car washes collect their effluent (the "dirty" runoff water that can contains hundreds of chemicals) and route it toward treatment facilities as opposed to storm drains which route to rivers, lakes, and streams.
