To be awarded to a company or individual providing a "continuum of leadership" to the community in which their car care business operates.
Must meet the following criteria:

Makes a difference in their community (not necessarily in the amount of money raised).

May include philanthropic activities, employee programs, community service, etc.

International Carwash Association membership is required.
